INSIGHT CHICAGO MEDITATION COMMUNITY

This is the website for the Insight Chicago Meditation Community, which is a Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation group that has been around since 1997. There is information about weekly sitting groups, monthly teachings, and retreats.
